Stanley Tucci joins Burlesque cast.

Earlier this week, "Twilight" hottie Cam Gigandet revealed that he will join the cast of the musical "Burlesque," which will be Christina Aguilera's first role on the big screen.

Don't hate us, but we're more excited by this little bit of casting news: Stanley Tucci has signed on to the movie now, too.

Tucci, coming off a great turn as Julia Child's husband in "Julie and Julia," will play the manager of a Sunset Boulevard neo-burlesque club where Christina's character, a small-town girl with a big voice, takes a job.

Tucci will be BFF to Cher, who plays a former dancer at the club who takes Christina under her wing. We're psyched to see divalicious Cher in action, too, in her first big role in a decade.

Production begins Nov. 9; the movie is scheduled for a Thanksgiving 2010 release.
