The guest line-up was confirmed, with Robbie Williams joining One Direction for a duet, Black Eyed Peas star Will.i.am performing with Cher Lloyd and Rihanna singing with Matt Cardle.
Louis Walsh, who has lost all his acts as the show has gone on, said he wanted Liverpool’s Rebecca to win, while Simon Cowell backed his remaining act, One Direction.
Cheryl Cole, who is mentor to Rebecca and Cher, said: “I think I’ve got two very, very special girls and it is not about me winning, it is about them winning.”
A press conference in London was told the act with the fewest public votes will be kicked off on Saturday night, leaving three finalists to perform on Sunday when the winner is announced.
Simon, who confirmed the show would return next year, hinted he could be creating a new show for British audiences as well and hit back at some of his most prominent critics in the music business, including Elton John, who he labelled “bitchy”.

Editor's Note:
I was well aware of the 'rumor' that Christina is set to perform with Rebecca a few days ago as some sketchy website had paired the two for the finale, however, due to credibility, I wanted to hold out and make sure I published an article with a valid news source. Thanks!
OH MAN! How I wish I were Rebecca Ferguson!
