In the most recent clips for NBC's 'The Voice' we see Frenchie Davis and Tarralyn Ramsey go head to head to show coach Christina Aguilera who's the single lady that will make it to the live rounds in which America will choose 'The Voice.'
Christina noted that there was a rivalry boiling between the two contestants during the coaching sessions and didn't want that to break their face off in the ring for the Battle Rounds. Despite the intense rivalry between Frenchie and Tarralyn, the two powerhouse singers came together and packed a powerful punch. Christina in the end had to pick one powerhouse singer and the results greatly enraged one of the contestants' family causing them to lash out at the legendary pop vocalist. Christina apologized saying she stood by her decision and what's done is done. The family caused a riot and tried to inflict physical harm and Christina's bodyguard, on standby, instantaneously responded.
Recording went to a quick break to respond to the contestants' family which were escorted from the premises.
Due to contractual obligations for attending the taping, I personally cannot comment further on any more details.
“The Voice” battle rounds air Tuesday, May 10th at the show’s new time 10pm(ET)/9pm(CT).
