[VIDEO] EXTRATV: CHRISTINA AGUILERA SHOULD 'WHIP' CO-COACHES INTO SHAPE
"The Voice" judges are back together for season 2, and Christina Aguilera tells "Extra's" Terri Seymour, "It's like me and three rowdy boys that are still stuck in high school."
The boys she is referring to are Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine, country star Blake Shelton and "Forget You" artist Cee Lo Green, who dropped some hints as to what fans can expect this season. "It's gonna get filthy at some point."
Terri commented that as the only female judge, Christina should "whip them [Green, Shelton and Levine] into shape," the singer replied, "Oh yeah, yeah... they need some good whipping."
In addition to his role on "The Voice," Levine has two other series in the works; one is a karaoke comedy project and the other is a rock 'n roll drama called "Awesome Splendor," set to air on NBC.
Adam, 32, is working as executive producer on the two shows, and joked, "I think it's the Jewish person inside me that's finally come out. I cannot escape my fate as an executive producer!"
"The Voice" will premiere on Feb. 5 on NBC.

[NEWS] CELEBRITY FITNESS SPECIAL: CHRISTINA AGUILERA'S BODY SECRETS
Christina Aguilera’s new curvy figure may have been the source of much debate in recent months but the 'Moves Like Jagger' singer's personal trainer says she has been working hard to achieve a more womanly shape.
In an exclusive interview, fitness instructor Tee Sorge tells Starlounge how she has been helping Christina keep in shape.
"The trend in LA now is leaning towards a much healthier, curvier look, with toned, womanly shapes,” she says. “Christina and I started training six years ago. When she first came to me she was very petite with a tiny frame.
“Now, she has the body of a woman and she’s got muscle mass and curves.”
Tee devised a regime for Christina which primarily involves building muscle before stripping fat to create a leaner and defined look.
“Christina works out with me three to five times a week for a minimum of 90 minutes a day,” she explains.
“I do a 15-minute warm up on the treadmill or the bike and then weight circuits, which cover all body parts.”
She uses four to five different exercises three times each and makes each session different to maintain interest and to challenge the body before moving on to cardio.
“Christina does boxing, kickboxing or jump rope to keep her heart rate up,” she adds. “The muscle group trained during each session needs at least 24-48 hrs to recover."
When it comes to food, Tee says that while Christina eats very healthily, she has been advising her to eat a lot of proteins like eggs, beans, fish and meat.
“Diet is just as, and if not more important than exercise,” she says.
“Christina is really good with food and has a personal chef. She’s a normal, healthy eater."
“She might have junk food sometimes and has her treat, likes chocolate, but she’s petite so she doesn’t have a huge appetite! She is a fairly big meat eater and also likes things like tinned tuna.
“It’s a brilliant option, because it’s healthy, quick and packed with protein. I advise eating a lot of proteins like eggs, beans, fish and meat."
Tee says she is pleased that the star’s dedication to regular training over the years is still paying off.
"Now she’s 30 years old and everything’s pretty stable within her body because she put all the hard work in from her early twenties,” she adds.
“Her muscles are receptive. She’ll call me up and I will always fit her in. She has so much going on that she works really well being structured.”
Tee’s Top Tips
1) Eat more protein type foods and eat less food as the day goes on
2) Don’t eat more three hours before bedtime
3) Stay away from eating fruit in the evening since it’s a sugar and the body has to break that down.
4) Drink eight ounces of water per day
5) Do weight bearing exercises. They are important for women because they promote strong healthy bones.
6) Include a good fat, avocado or olive oil. Fats will keep you feeling satisfied and not hungry.
7) Snacks should always include a protein source like apples with string cheese and handful of almonds or pears with jerky and handful of peanuts.Source: StarLounge
[NEWS] CHRISTINA AGUILERA OPEN TO SINGING AT THE SUPER BOWL
Christina Aguilera is set to follow the Super Bowl this year with the Season 2 premiere of her show, “The Voice,” but she told Access Hollywood she’d be open to singing at the big game too.
“I’m open. Hey, I’m up for any challenge, any time any day,”
“Damn right,” Christina’s fellow “Voice” judge Blake Shelton chimed in, referring to himself. “You’re damn right I will… I’ll sing one of Christina’s song at the Super Bowl.
”‘Hey sister, soul sister…,’” he jokingly sang.

Christina, Blake, Adam Levine and Cee Lo Green are all back as coaches for Season 2 of NBC’s reality singing competition, “The Voice,” and the superstar singer said coming back for another round was an easy sell.
“I had to come back and do a second [season]. How could I not?” she asked. “This is the most exciting show – ever! The suspense value? It’s intense… I think I get more nervous in these blind auditions than the actual artists and vocalists that come up here to audition. It’s nerve wracking and exciting.”
The early phases of “The Voice” auditions are currently going on in Los Angeles and Christina said the talent that has come through has been of a different caliber.
“It’s amazing to realize the fact that the bar has been raised so high this year and we’ve actually become more critical because of it… There’s not one singer that isn’t good or great that comes through here,” she said. “So we’re extra critical and we’re all looking for something so unique and so different.”
Christina had a host of powerfully voiced women on her squad in Season 1, and this time around she’s got a more diverse roster, so far.
“I have everyone from an opera singer to an MC,” she said. “It’s amazing and then, of course, I have my powerhouse, crazy, soulful vocalists that blow you away. It’s an exciting year for diversity.”
Season 2 of “The Voice” premieres on February 5 on NBC, after the Super Bowl.

[NEWS] KELLY OSBOURNE IS WRONG TO BULLY CHRISTINA AGUILERA ABOUT HER FIGURE
Karma is a bitch, isn't it? Kelly Osbourne seems to think so. Before shedding 45 pounds during her stint on Dancing With the Stars, Ozzy Osbourne's daughter-turned-clothing designer/celeb fashion expert had a lot of weight haters. And now that she's thin, she's apparently just as mature as the rest of 'em.
After seeing a picture of Christina Aguilera looking a bit heavier (OK, a lot heavier), she's firing back at the "Genie in a Bottle" songstress for looking chubtastic. Osbourne told E!'s Fashion Police:Oh come on, Kelly. As a former fat girl, you should know that two wrongs don't make a right.
By the photos, it does look like Aguilera has gained some weight. But she is by no means obese. So I pose this question to Kelly: What does it matter if she's bigger than you ever were? How does saying this sort of thing do anyone any good? The right thing to do here is be the bigger woman (figuratively, of course). I'd imagine that Kelly can sympathize with Aguilera on how difficult it is to be in the spotlight and be a bit heavier.
Hell, I can definitely sympathize with the "being heavy" part myself. Since I was overweight for a lot of my teen years, I understand that it isn't easy. Not to mention, it's not always a choice. There's often a family history of obesity, a valid reason for being unable to exercise, or a host of other contributing factors. Because I've been there, I'm much less likely to criticize another person for the way she looks. While picking on someone else may make you think better of yourself, I'm a true believer that what goes around comes around to bite you in the backside. What if Kelly gains some weight back? Does this mean she's saying it's OK to tell her she looks horrendous? Because that's the message I'm getting here, anyway.
These are two different women with two very different body types. Apparently, being chub didn't teach Osbourne some of the same lessons I learned. And something tells me if she had a child just two years ago, like Aguilera, she'd be singing a different tune.
Do you think Kelly is out of line talking about Aguilera's weight?

[NEWS] MAKE-UP FREE & PANTLESS, CHRISTINA AGUILERA & MATT RUTLER ENJOY A NIGHT OUT
With the wild blonde hair, fish nets and other skimpy attire, Christina Aguilera could have been mistaken for another risque singer.
The popstar opted for a T-shirt and no trousers as she enjoyed a romantic meal with her boyfriend, Matt Rutler last night.
She bizarrely teamed the look with a pair of towering high heels, which would have better suited a nice evening dress.
And matched with a black leather jacket, the 30-year-old could have passed for Pretty Reckless rocker Taylor Momsen.
Except one thing was missing - make-up.
The usually heavily-painted star went slap free as she and Matt enjoyed a Monday night out dinner at Off Vine in Hollywood.
The restaurant which specialises in California American cuisine with an emphasis on generous portions of comfort foods such as pasta, meatloaf and steaks.
But the couple looked happy, Christina beaming widely as she skillfully navigated the stairs of the restaurant in her heels while clinging on to her man's arm.
There was no sign that the star was letting rival Kelly Osborne's comments about her weight get to her - or reports she has been told by executives on singing show, The Voice, to lose weight.
Christina, a judge on the U.S. show, is reportedly a size 12/14, or 9st, 4lbs, but has been told to lose 10lbs because it is 'difficult to dress her'.
A source told Closer magazine: 'TV bosses say it's a health issue. But what they really mean is she no longer looks sexy. She's been told to lose at least 10lbs before the next season starts in early 2012 - she went up two dress sizes in a matter of weeks.

'She's been recommended a nutritionist and is meant to be on a strict diet. But she enjoys a glass on wine, doesn't care what she eats and hates exercise.'
Friends said she 'comfort ate' after her divorce from husband Jordan Bratman was finalised late last year.
Christina is said to have gained three stone after she gave birth to her son max in 2008, but had slimmed down to a size 10 again last year.
The superstar was a tiny size six when she rose to fame as a teenager in 2000.
Meanwhile, Kelly Osborne discussed Christina's weight on E!'s Fashion Police Friday.
Co-host George Kotsiopoulous defended her unflattering get-up at last weekend's Michael Jackson tribute concert.
He pointed out that she was 'still probably a [American] size 2/4' despite her poor outfit choice.
'Trust me,' Kelly, 26, sniped. 'I'm a 2/4. That is not a 2/4.'
She continued: 'She called me fat for years. I was never that fat.'
Fashion police co-host Joan Rivers agrees with the analysis.
'Lady Marmalade got into the peanut butter again,' she said.
Christina has been the source of criticism for pairing a tight-fitting black bodysuit with fishnets, heavy-handed makeup and massive hair.
On a previous episode of the E! commentary show, Ozzy Osbourne's daughter had also attacked the Burlesque star's size.
'Maybe she's just becoming the fat b***h she was always born to be. I don't know. She was a c*** to me', she said.
'She called me fat for so many f***ing years," Osbourne vented, 'so you know what? F**k you! You're fat too.'
Kelly has battled her own weight issues in the past, but after appearing on Dancing with the Stars in 2009, managed to lose and keep off 48 pounds.
