When the votes first started coming in, it looked like it was going to be a slam dunk for Lady Gaga to take the title. But part of being a diva is having a fanbase passionate enough to show their support and while Adam Lambert briefly had the lead, first Britney Spears grabbed it and then Christina Aguilera's fans put her out front to stay.I have to say I was shocked that neither Lady Gaga nor Adam Lambert's fans ever did a big vote push. Perhaps that says something about their followings? But whatever the reason, congrats to Miss Aguilera! And let the arguing commence!
