MONEY AND CUSTODY ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN DECIDED IN BRATMAN/AGUILERA DISSOLUTION

Five months after she filed for divorce, Christina Aguilera's divorce from husband Jordan Bratman has taken a giant step towards being finalized.

In a filing to the Los Angeles District Court, the pop star's music executive ex declared he had no intention to dispute the split, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Citing irreconcilable differences, Bratman, 33, filed his petition and told the court the pair had "resolved" their property, assets and debts, "by signed agreement".

The couple have a two year-old son, Max; Bratman stated the pair had privately come to agreement about custody.

Previously, Aguilera, 30, had sought joint legal and physical custody.

Bratman, who is represented by Bruce A. Clemends, lists the date of separation as 'TBD' -- one key difference from the Dirty hit-maker, who in her court filing last October, stated the split occurred on 09/11/2010.

Aguilera and Bratman married in November 2005.

They met in 2002 while Jordan was working for Aguilera's music management company.
